Absolutely! You do not need any online experience at all. We offer free consultation on all services. We help you right from the start! You will have a team member assigned to you for all your questions along the way. Just ask us! We are here to help you. .

What do I need to do?
You need to supply us electronically with the written content which can be from your current promotional material but it should be rewritten for a website audience since promotional flyers, etc. don't translate well to the internet. We can give you guidelines for writing the content to make it easier. Typically a paragraph or two about your company or business along with a paragraph or two about the services you provide, hours, contact, location information etc. You will also need to provide your company logo and any photos that you may want to include with your website. If you do not have any photos we will gladly provide you with high quality stock photography that you can use in your website. Brochures, logos, photographs, business cards etc. are all great resources to use.  For new business ventures we will help you get started from scratch. Need a logo? A Free Logo is provided with all websites when purchasing the 2 year plan.

What are your rates?
$10 a week or $520 a year. We guarantee that price for 5 years.
A $200.00 discount is offered if a total of 2 years are paid upon signup.

When and how do I pay?
We bill annually and require a 50% deposit before beginning work on a project. Once your project is complete, we'll send you a link to review our work, and upon receipt of the remaining balance, we'll immediately publish and launch your website and email accounts so that they are live to the world.

How long will it take ?
After recieving your supplied content, it typically will be 3-5 business days for a proof to be made available for your review. After you approve it the site will typically be published within 1 business day.

How much input do I have?
We welcome your input! The more input we receive from you the better able we will be to satisfy your needs and produce a site that will have the desired look and impact that you want.

Does my business need to be computer-based in order to have a website?
NO, you do not need to own a computer or have computers involved in your business in order to have a website. Many companies do filing, invoicing and more without a computer. Creating a website is more about exposing your business to new potential clients and generating new sales. There is no need to overhaul the way your company does business.

What is a domain name?
A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose that you will own  and we will submit the registration information along with the payment for the domain name.

Do I need to edit my website myself and know how to code it?
No, we will do all the heavy lifting for you along with any minor updates to your website that you request.

Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?
Yes, the fee for just a design is $490.00.

Do you display any banners or pop-up ads on my website or re-sell my name?
Absolutely not! - It's your website and your information provided is held within the strictest of confidentiality and will never be resold.
